How to Use

Morning

1. Cleanse (gentle, non-exfoliating).

2. Niacinamide Serum: 2–3 drops, pat in.

3. Moisturiser (optional).

4. Broad-spectrum SPF 50.

Night

• Non-exfoliation nights: repeat AM steps (skip SPF).

• Exfoliation nights (3 ×/week to start):

  1. Cleanse & dry.

  2. Glycolic Serum: 2–3 drops, avoid eye/lip area.

  3. Wait 2 min, then Niacinamide Serum.

  4. Hydrating cream if needed.

Sun Alert: AHAs increase sun sensitivity; daily SPF is non-negotiable. 

Results Timeline*

• Day 3: redness calmer, less oil breakthrough.

• Week 2: fewer active spots, pores look tightened.

• Week 4: dark marks start to fade; overall texture feels smoother.

Q: Can I use this duo every night?
A: Start Glycolic 3 ×/week; increase to alternate nights as tolerated. Niacinamide can be used daily.

Q: Will my skin purge?
A: Mild, temporary purging is possible when introducing AHAs. Continue consistent use for at least 4 weeks unless irritation occurs.

Q: Safe with retinol?
A: Use retinol on opposite nights from Glycolic or as advised by your dermatologist.
