Refund & Returns Policy
7-Day Return Window. If you are not satisfied with your Floreva purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund. The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
How to Request a Return
- WhatsApp us at +92 309 3600039 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will arrange pickup from your address at no extra cost.
- Once we receive the product and verify its condition, the refund is processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method or a bank transfer for COD orders.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange unopened products for any other Floreva product of equal or greater value within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Sale and promotional items are final sale.
