For orders in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, expect delivery within 2–4 business days. For other regions and cities across Pakistan, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking update once your order is dispatched.

Once your order is processed and handed to our courier partner, you will receive both an email and an SMS containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time. You can also visit the Track Your Order page on our website.

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,000. For smaller orders, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies. This flat rate covers all delivery destinations within Pakistan.

Currently, Floreva ships within Pakistan only. We are actively working on international shipping and plan to expand to select markets soon. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when international orders open.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, your order enters fulfilment and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make any changes.

Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Simply select COD at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging. Skincare products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, please contact our team via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Yes. All Floreva products are dermatologist-tested and specifically formulated for Pakistani skin — which experiences unique challenges including humidity, heat, and pollution. Our formulations are free from harsh sulphates, parabens, and artificial fragrances. If you have a known skin condition, we recommend a patch test before full application.
