Orders
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, in which case you will be fully refunded.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery. Failure to pay at delivery may result in the order being returned.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or remote locations.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Contact us before returning any product. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
Product Use
Always perform a patch test before using any new skincare product. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to pre-existing skin conditions or allergies. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a dermatologist.
