Oily skin in Karachi humidity or a Lahore summer is not dirty skin. It is skin making more sebum than it needs. The right face wash removes that extra oil, sweat and sunscreen without stripping the skin so hard that it fights back with even more oil by the afternoon. That is the whole job.
Why harsh washes make oily skin worse
The “squeaky clean” feeling most of us were taught to chase is a warning sign. Why oily skin breaks out
Your skin makes an oil called sebum, which protects it. In some people the oil glands are more active, because of genetics, hormones (puberty, periods, stress) or heat and humidity. Breakouts usually need four things together:
