Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and all other locations served by our courier partners.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all online payments (EasyPaisa / JazzCash)
  • Rs. 200 shipping charge for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check the status of your order at any time.

Failed Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful (customer unavailable, wrong address), our courier will attempt re-delivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@florevapakistan.com or WhatsApp +92 309 3600039. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
