Floreva Pakistan (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. We use this information only to process and deliver your order.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. We do not store your payment credentials. Online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except with our delivery partners (TCS, Leopards, or similar) solely for the purpose of delivering your order.
Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience, remember your cart, and analyze site traffic through Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Floreva Pakistan Social is our internal tool for managing Floreva Pakistan’s own Pinterest business account. Trial API access and an authorized account connection were established on 4 October 2026. Trial-created Pins are visible only to their creator; public API publishing requires the appropriate Pinterest access tier. The following explains how this integration handles information.
With the account owner’s authorization and the permissions granted through Pinterest, the tool will access Floreva’s account identifiers, its own boards and Pins, and available performance metrics. It will use this information to select boards, manage original Floreva content, publish Pins chosen by the owner, and assess that account’s content performance. The tool is not offered for connecting customers’ Pinterest accounts and will not request their Pinterest passwords or access their private boards or messages.
We also plan to use our own product catalog information, including product names, descriptions, images, prices, availability and website links, to manage product listings on Pinterest. Catalog and shopping features remain subject to Pinterest eligibility and review. This integration does not provide access to other users’ Pinterest accounts or send customer order details to Pinterest.
The account owner will authorize access through Pinterest’s authorization process and choose the content to publish. Publishing sends the selected images or videos, titles, descriptions and destination links to Pinterest. Content published to public boards is visible to other Pinterest users. We will not sell Pinterest API information, share it with advertising services, or use it to train AI models. Pinterest handles information on its platform under its Privacy Policy.
Access credentials will be kept in private storage with access restricted to authorized operators. They will not be placed in public pages or source-code repositories. The tool will request Pinterest account, board, Pin and performance information when needed rather than retain copies of API responses. Original Floreva media and drafts are stored separately from information retrieved through Pinterest. Credentials will be removed when the integration is disconnected and will no longer be used to access the account.
The owner can revoke the app’s access through Pinterest’s account settings. For help disconnecting the integration or requesting deletion of information held by Floreva, email support@florevapakistan.com. Disconnecting stops further API access; it does not automatically delete Pins already published on Pinterest. Those Pins can be managed in the Pinterest account.
