If you tried to order from us in late May and saw “Pre-order, ships from 14 June”, here’s the update: we’re back. All nine products are in stock. Same-week COD delivery resumes across Pakistan.
The pause was honest. During Eid al-Adha week, courier capacity gets diverted to qurbani-related shipments, warehouses close intermittently, and we’d rather take pre-orders openly than ship things we can’t guarantee. Two things we want to be transparent about
- The Eid pause cost us roughly two weeks of momentum. If you ordered before May 13, your serum was likely shipped immediately. If you ordered between May 13 and June 4, you were on pre-order. Pre-order shipments started 2026-06-04. If you had a WhatsApp conversation with us during the pause, your order is in the queue.
- Pricing is unchanged. We didn’t use the pause to quietly raise prices. Sunscreen Rs.1,249 → still Rs.1,249. Niacinamide Rs.1,999 → still Rs.1,999. Vit C Rs.2,099 → still Rs.2,099. Glycolic Rs.2,700 → still Rs.2,199 on sale. PKR has weakened ~30% in the last 18 months; we’ve absorbed that on our side instead of passing it through.
